CATEGORY B – PARTICIPANT WITH ACCOMODATION
  • General parcipants, 15 years old or above.
  • Attending Tipitaka Chanting and Asalha Puja according to the event’s schedule.
  • Complying this following dress code during the event: white colour on top and black colour for the lower part, or white colour for both top and lower part.
  • Paying Rp. 4.000.000 for twin sharing room and Rp. 1.500.000 additional charge for single supplement.
  • The payment is done through bank transfer to BCA account Serpong branch: Yayasan Sangha Theravada Indonesia, A/C. 497-878-5555, Swift Code: CENAIDJA The payment should be done latest at 20th June 2018 (special for overseas transfer, please contact Mr. Daudy via Whatsapp at +62818-0844-1767).
  • Send the transfer receipt via Whatsapp to Mr. Assaji at +62812-6911-0181.
  • Any cancellation before 20th June 2018 will get 50% refund. The cancellation at 20th June 2018 – 10th July 2018 will get 25% refund. After 10th July 2018, no refund will be granted and the registration fund fully become the organizers’ right.

Receiving facilities such as the following:

  • Shuttle (transportation) from and to Adi Sucipto Airport at Yogyakarta.
  • 4 nights accommodation at a hotel at Magelang (check in at 19th July 2018 after 2 p.m. and check out at 23rd July 2018 before 12 a.m.).
  • Borobudur entrance ticket according to the event’s schedule.
  • Meals 2 times a day according to the schedule (breakfast at hotel, lunch at ITC area).
  • Drinking water at ITC area.
  • Transportation using air conditioned bus from hotel to Borobudur and from Borobudur to hotel.
CATEGORY C – PARTICIPANT WITHOUT ACCOMODATION
  • General participants, 15 years and above.
  • Attending Tipitaka Chanting and Asalha Puja according to the event’s schedule.
  • Self-organize the transportation and accommodation.
  • Complying this following dress code during the event: white colour on top and black colour for the lower part, or white colour for both top and lower part.

Receiving facilities such as the following:

  • Borobudur entrance ticket according to the event’s schedule.
  • Meals 1 time a day according to the schedule (lunch at ITC area).
  • Drinking water at ITC area.
CATEGORY D – UPASAKA/UPASIKA ATTHASILA
  • General participants, 15 years and above.
  • Attending the whole Tipitaka Chanting and Asalha Puja event schedule is compulsory.
  • Required to do atthasila from 20th – 22nd July 2018.
  • Complying this following dress code during the event: white colour on top and black colour for the lower part, or white colour for both top and lower part.

Receiving facilities such as the following:

  • Transportation using air conditioned bus from hotel to Borobudur and from Borobudur to hotel.
  • Borobudur entrance ticket according to the event’s schedule.
  • Meals 2 times a day according to the schedule (breakfast at hotel, lunch at ITC area).
  • Drinking water at ITC area.

This question was asked of the Buddha and the Buddha replied that when the Bhagava is not around then the people should pay respect to the Bodhi tree. The Bodhi tree mentioned was the one located in Uruvela forest.

The Indonesia Tipitaka Chanting and Asalha Maha Puja will be held, for the fourth time, on July 20-22, 2018 in Borobudur Temple, Mendut Temple and Pawon Temple.

Bhikkhus and lay people from many countries will be attending this event to preserve the Dhamma for the well-being of the nation.
